Sussex Scamera Partnershit

Job Vacancy .

The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership aims to reduce road casualties by enforcing speed limits, traffic light compliance and educating road users. We have a vacancy for a highly motivated, committed and energetic individual to undertake the role of Camera Data Collection and Mobile Enforcement Officer.
Why you need to be energetic I dont know when all you do is press a button every now and then, its not exactly a hard job but you do have to attend a training course to show how you can increase the indicated speed of cars by moving the laser slightly (come on guys we all know what goes on).

I was under the impression that the partnership was not biased towards the motorists at all (thats what Neil Hopkins said in a previous post). The above vacancy was advertised on the Police website as a civillian Police worker. So we have the Police paying the scamera operators and the Police employing the backroom staff to do the paperwork. You then go to court and surprise surprise you have to rely on another arm of the Partnership to get a fair hearing .

That doesnt sound like an organisation thats unbiased towards the motorists to me.

Still no reply from Mr Hopkins from Sussex scameraship about one of his vans driving at above the speed limit down Crowborough Hill.Obviously the rules only apply to the little people.

What to do on a plane if the passenger next to you is irritating:

Remove your lap top from its bag
Open the laptop slowly and carefully
Turn on
Ensure the passenger next to you is watching
Turn on the Internet ( I know that it is not according to airline rules but do it anyway)
Close your eyes for a brief moment, open them again, turn your gaze upwards
to the skies as if in prayer

Take a deep breath and open this site (press on the link)

Observe the facial expression of your neighbouring passenger

Sounds familiar?

The Nazi Police State was to ensure that everybody did as they were told - or paid the price. The Nazi Police were controlled by Heinrich Himmler and his feared secret police - the Gestapo - did as it pleased in Nazi Germany. Children’s loyalty could be developed with a policy of indoctrination via education and the Hitler Youth movement. Time and planning spent in these areas would bring a suitable reward for Hitler.

Adults were a different proposition. Some adults clearly supported Hitler - as the March 1933 election showed. But the same election clearly showed that a substantial number of Germans did not support Hitler and the Nazis. These people were likely to be a constant thorn for Hitler unless they were dealt with. For these people, the Nazis developed a policy of intimidation. Fear became a by-word for those who did not support Hitler. The wrong comment overheard by a Nazi official could have very serious consequences.

Hitler’s police state worked on the rule that if you said nothing, no harm, could come to you. If you had doubts about the way the country was going, you kept them to yourself - or paid the price. As nearly 17 million people had not voted for either the Nazis or the Nationalist in March 1933, a large and visible police force was required to keep this sizeable group under observation and control.

In Nazi Germany the police were allowed to arrest people on suspicion that they were about to do wrong. This gave the police huge powers. All local police units had to draw up a list of people in their locality who might be suspected of being "Enemies of the State". This list was given to the Gestapo - the Secret Police. The Gestapo had the power to do as it liked. Its leader - Reinhard Heydrich - was one of the most feared man in Nazi Germany. His immediate chief was Heinrich Himmler. Both men ran their respective branches with ruthless efficiency.

Those arrested by either the police or the Gestapo had less than three minutes to pack clothing and say their goodbyes. Once arrested, they were sent to the nearest police cell. Those in custody were told to sign Form D-11; this was an "Order For Protective Custody". By signing this, you agreed to go to prison. Those who did not sign it were beaten until they did or officers simply forged their signature. Once a D-11 was signed, you were sent to a concentration camp. How long you stayed here depended on the authorities. The usual rule of thumb was whether it was felt that you had learned your lesson (even if there had not been one to learn) and would behave in an acceptable manner once outside of prison.

With a few tweaks here and there this article could apply in 2010.At least the gestapo dresssed smartly and the trains ran on time which is more that you can say about Britains New Labour Nazi party.

Police State ?

Sussex Police love peeling spikeys (sounds like thieving pikeys)

A wealthy businessman was arrested at home in front of his wife and young son over an email which council officials deemed ‘offensive’ to gipsies – but which he had not even written.
The email, concerning a planning appeal by a gipsy, included the phrase: ‘It’s the 'do as you likey' attitude that I am against.’

Council staff believed the email was offensive because ‘likey’ rhymes with pikey.

Proof if proof were needed that Sussex Police are politically correct spikey(sounds like pikey)loving bankers(sounds like wankers). This is what happens when the Police become politicised and recruiting standards are reduced to allow any window licker in.Isnt it time the front line coppers got off their fat passes(sounds like arses) and got on with the job of catching criminals. At the moment the Police (sounds like twats) are more interested in criminalising law abiding citizens and worrying about who is going to use the rapid response vehicle to get the doughnuts.

Wake up East Sussex County Cretins.

Just as predicted its snowing heavily in Crowborough with forecasted heavy falls predicted tonight.

Do we think East Sussex County Cretins will manage to keep the roads clear this time or do we think that they have nearly run out of salt.Like so many county cretins they have swallowed the great global warming scam and decided that we dont need salt because winters will be warmer. With perfect timing mother nature has demonstrated the lunacy of this policy and we will all be snowed in for days to come.I hope all the twats in the council that have been harping on about climate change have decided that they dont need heating in their house and as a consequence freeze to death. What am I saying-no one would be that stupid would they?

Kent Police and illegal parking.

(not a current picture but you get the point)

I had the misfortune to park in Tunbridge Wells yesterday.Even though it was Sunday the council charges £1 and hour to park in the crappy Crescent Rd Car park.Today I drove through Tunbridge Wells and the parking nazis were out in force ticketing anyone and everyone.Well actually thats not true because yesterday and today there were cars illegally parked outside the Police station. The difference being is that the cars were Police cars which were parked on the double yellow lines actually blocking the road.No tickets for them and no Nazis in sight.Obviously the head of parking enforcement and the senior Police Officer are in the same lodge(nudge nudge). If I ever get a parking ticket in Tunbridge Wells I will be claiming the same exemption as the rossers and not pay up.I would urge everyone to ignore the parking regulations in Tunbridge Wells until the Police cars are given tickets like the rest of us.
Before anyone comes up with the answer that the Police do a difficult job blah blah then please note the huge yard behind the Police station that is supposed to be used for official vehicles.I suppose most of the Police are so lazy these days that they cant be bothered to walk a few yards and risk the danger of their hot doughnuts getting cold.

Speed Cameras (Part 2)

The idiots we have nominally in charge of the country have come up with another wheeze to raise money from the hard pressed motorist. If you get a fixed penalty ticket for travelling over the speed limit they are going to whack a "victim surcharge" onto the fine/penalty.

So not only are you going to be punished for breaching an arbitary speed limit but you are also paying extra to help the victims of your (in their opinion) crime. So who would that be then?.You have exceeded a limit set by a local politician but you have hurt no one and caused no damage so how the hell can you be liable to pay money to help the victims of your actions. Stupid thinking by stupid people enacted by other stupid people.
